I will take returns on a limited basis if the item is not as represented. I work hard to avoid the necessity of returns by offering items that are in near-mint or mint condition so that there are no surprises when you receive your item. To that end, I strive to provide multiple pictures and have an email dialog with a customer to make sure the item is the correct fit and the right one for each person.

In the event that you change your mind and want to return something, as long as it's not a misrepresentation issue, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

If you need to return an item, please email me immediately for instructions. Please understand that shipping cannot be refunded. However, if I have done something horrible and misrepresented an item, or sent you a blender instead of a sweater....of course I will make it right!
